We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Leader to spearhead the architecture and RTL development of high-speed digital subsystems for communication ICs and mixed-signal SoC products. Your Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and RTL development of high-speed digital subsystems.
- Define and implement digital subsystem architectures.
- Oversee RTL development and integration processes.
- Drive design reviews and uphold quality standards.
- Support verification and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide design engineers to foster their professional growth.

Who We Are Looking For

- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in digital IC design.
- Proficiency in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Experience in high-speed digital IC design for communication or mixed-signal SoC products is essential; familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as UCIe, PCIe,



or similar protocols is a plus.
- Knowledge of interface protocols and clock-domain crossing.
- Experience with synthesis and timing analysis.
- Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required.
