pMain tasks:br/ /pulliOutlining the Company's commercial strategy and, in coordination with the General Management and all the Directors, assume responsibility for the combined commercial performance across the Company's business and product lines; /liliTraining, counseling and monitoring the performance of all sales people; /liliServing as a point of reference for Clients and Prospects, through constant contacts and frequent travels - both within Italy and internationally (worldwide); /liliDirecting sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs; /liliEstablishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit; /liliMonitoring Sales and KAM productivity and performances; /liliReviewing market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, volume potential and new targets to be acquired; /liliServing as link between Sales department and other departments. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
