About the jobwe support our sales companies and global key accounts with an organization of application and product specialists (aps). they support the sales representatives during the technical feasibility stage on customer projects, provide heat-transfer knowledge on prioritized applications and interact with r&d; of large multinational companies.main activitiesresponsible for troubleshooting complex issues at customer sites and internally.drive product and process validation projects.provide input and support for trainings.contribute to epd, npd and product concept development across the product lifecycle.provide input on legislation and design standards.who you areyoung,



supportive mindset with interest in building positive relationships.clear communicator and proactive mediator.structured, curious and eager to share technical knowledge.what you knowtechnical background, preferably an engineering degree.few years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the heating or hvac industry.training experience is appreciated.excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken english.ability to work in a cross-functional international environment.location: san bonifacio (vr). salary: €30 000 (base) according to ccnl metalworking.
