h3Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow) /h3pbEmployment Type: /b Permanent /ppbExperience: /b 12+ Years /ph3Role /h3pWe at Coforge are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow) to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs for our global customers. /ppThis is a strategic consulting and architecture leadership role where you'll work closely with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams to define platform strategy, governance models, architectural roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead ServiceNow architecture and transformation engagements. /liliPartner with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle. /liliTranslate business objectives into strategic roadmaps, solution blueprints, and platform architectures. /liliDefine and govern ServiceNow platform architecture, instance strategy, and operating models. /liliLead architecture reviews, governance forums, and technical decision-making. /liliDrive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and ServiceNow best-practice adoption. /liliProvide expertise across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, CSM, and ITOM. /liliSupport pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, proposals, and change requests. /liliLead integration strategy, APIs, Flow Designer, automation, and enterprise design patterns. /liliChampion AI adoption, automation,
