pIn this role you drive continuous improvement within the department to deliver high-quality products through lean processes. You will collaborate with operations, planning, quality and other teams to identify and remove waste, implement standard work, and advance a culture of daily improvement. You’ll shape the CPI program, lead kaizen events, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve measurable impact.
