pOverview As Communications Business Partner, you will shape strategic internal and client communications for Southern Europe and South Africa. You will partner with regional leaders, HR and operations to drive engagement, change initiatives and stakeholder alignment with ADP/ESI objectives. You'll translate complex topics into clear messaging and manage campaigns, town halls and crisis communications where needed. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery across multiple markets, emphasizing measurable impact and cross-cultural collaboration. You will be a trusted advisor driving leadership visibility and client experience. /p h3Responsabilità /h3 ul liAdhere to global communications policies and ensure quality across outputs /li liDevelop and localize integrated communication strategies aligned with business objectives and ESI messaging /li liProvide leadership communication support for regional management, including ghost writing and talking points /li liCollaborate with HR, Operations, Legal, Compliance to ensure timely, consistent communications /li liAct as trusted advisor on priorities, transformation, change management and engagement /li liCreate and deliver campaigns, content, and events to boost engagement and leadership visibility /li liSupport change management and employee engagement through effective communications /li liContribute to local crisis communications with stakeholders and aligned with corp/ESI teams /li liLead communication campaigns, webinars,



and leadership forums to foster collaboration /li liTranslate technical/regulatory topics into client-friendly copy /li liManage regional communication calendars and align with enterprise initiatives /li liPromote best practices, governance, brand standards and messaging consistency /li liMeasure effectiveness using engagement metrics and feedback to improve programs /li liBuild relationships across a matrixed international organization to drive excellence /li /ul h3Requisiti fondamentali /h3 ul liFluency in Italian and English /li liAdvanced/Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) /li liSignificant experience in internal, external and crisis communications in an international/matrixed setting /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across levels of management /li liConfidentiality, proactive mindset, hands-on approach /li liExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills /li liHighly organized with strong project and time management /li liAttention to detail with proofreading, editing, layout and design /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint /li liExperience writing for video/podcast scripts, slide decks, and social media for leadership /li liAbility to translate technical information into client-friendly copy /li liInterpersonal skills /li liInfluencing stakeholders /li liProactivity /li liPowerPoint /li liSharePoint /li liContent creation for multiple media (video, podcasts, slides) /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
