Working with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, you will coordinate project activities, engage with clients and stakeholders, and help deliver projects to agreed time, cost and quality objectives. /p ul liSupport the delivery of innovation, research and development projects across the construction sector. /li liManage workstreams and smaller commissions under the supervision of senior project leadership. /li liCoordinate project activities to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and milestones. /li liSupport the development and maintenance of project programmes, schedules and action trackers. /li liFacilitate meetings and workshops with clients, contractors, consultants and technology providers. /li liAssist in the management of multidisciplinary project teams. /li liPrepare project documentation, reports, presentations and meeting minutes. /li liSupport the implementation of project governance, processes and controls. /li liEnsure compliance with Business Management System requirements. /li liComply with TT risk management processes and procedures. /li liAssist in identifying, managing and monitoring project risks and opportunities. /li liMonitor project performance against key milestones and performance indicators.

/li liAssist with procurement activities relating to research, consultancy and construction services where required. /li liContribute to the management of project information and document control processes. /li liCoordinate communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely information flow. /li liSupport the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies and innovation proposals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Sustainability, Innovation Management or a related discipline. /li liExperience working on innovation, RD, digital construction, sustainability or technology implementation projects. /li li2-5 years' experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, innovation or project management environments. /li liExperience supporting project delivery within multidisciplinary teams. /li liStrong organisational and stakeholder management skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project. /li liExperience with innovation, RD, sustainability or digital construction projects. /li liKnowledge of BIM, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) or emerging construction technologies. /li liWorking towards a professional qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, RICS or CIOB. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
