Overview
As a Sr Mfg Support Supervisor, you will lead a manufacturing support team to sustain efficient production and high-quality output. You’ll partner with cross-functional groups to drive process enhancements and ensure alignment with business goals. The role focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and team performance, contributing to Honeywell Building Automation’s operations. This is an on-site, Trieste-based position with a direct report to the Manufacturing Manager. You will shape continuous improvement initiatives within a global automation context.

Responsabilità
- Lead and supervise the manufacturing support team to ensure smooth production operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement process improvements
- Monitor manufacturing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for operational enhancements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience in manufacturing support or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Experience in leading teams and driving operational improvements
- Familiarity with manufacturing support tools and systems relevant to production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Good collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Familiarity with manufacturing support tools and systems
