No /ph3Offer Description /h3pPeptides, molecules composed ofbr/amino acid sequences, represent a promising class of molecules for pharmaceutical use due to their activitybr/on biological systems. The activity of this project fits into this framework. Advanced spectroscopicbr/methodologies will be used to design, study, and test new potential drugs in various fields. In particular,



thebr/following bioactive peptides will be investigated: i) peptides capable of permeabilizing the cell membranes ofbr/pathogenic microorganisms, as potential innovative antibiotic drugs; ii) peptides capable of inhibiting proteinproteinbr/interactions, as potential anticancer drugs.
