h3Aerospace / Aeronautic Business Development Specialist /h3 pItaldesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join the Company to increase the business for the Aerospace division. /p pMoncalieri, Italia - Business developement /p ul liCreating and maintaining through proposals the Customer relation; /li liSetting up the Area budget and reaching the relevant targets; /li liDeveloping the relationship with the Finders; /li liSupporting the Business Development Manager representing the Customer in Italdesign and Italdesign by the Customer; /li liSupporting the proper execution (technic goals and economic targets) of the Projects; /li liSupporting the information flow between the project and technical departments; /li liSupporting the proper Italdesign presence in all Clients relevant meetings; /li liSupporting Italdesign organizational and technical harmonization with Customers; /li liSupporting to create and guarantee a stable and long-term relation with Customers; /li liSupporting to create feasible business opportunities with the Customers; /li liMarketing knowledge to create feasible sales and offers strategy; /li liGuarantying the achievement of the technical and economic targets of the project; /li liSupporting to manage the technical and economic risk analysis of the project as well as the opportunity of new activities related to the project itself; /li liPromoting and improving project efficiency, effectiveness reviewing the Italdesign processes and working model; /li liSupporting the Department in business development competences, in processes and cross functional approach; /li liSupporting to integrate Italdesign at any level of the decisional processes with Customers; /li liBeing active in application of the Italdesign strategic plan; /li liFinding the best trade off in case of conflict between performances/boundary conditions,



together with all the involved and relevant Italdesign Units at project level. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbKey requirements /b /p ul liDeep knowledge of the sector, including benchmarking; /li liAt least 5 years' expertise in aeronautic / aerospace development; /li liExperience in Customer contact and management; /li liExperience in defining Business Development actions; /li liExperience in contract negotiation; /li liBasic expertise in Business opportunity creation; /li liBasic expertise in managing (timing, technical and economic targets) one field of activities/project from activity/project start to end. /li /ul pbPreferential requirements /b /p ul liKnowledge of the aeronautic development processes and of the expected outcomes at the milestones; /li liAbility to manage multi-disciplinary, cross-functional activities (i.e. Styling and Engineering, Engineering and Workshop, etc.) of the projects; /li liAbility to support integration and management into the technical development plan of the project related activities; /li liKnowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) and Extended Resource Planning (ERP); /li liExperience as Project Manager, with focus on marketing, product and business management would be appreciated. /li /ul h3Other Informations /h3 pbAdditional Information /b /p pbEducation: /b Engineering or Economics Degree with a focus on Marketing and Product definition. /p pbLanguage skills: /b Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.



A fluent knowledge of French language will be considered as a plus. /p pbWorkplace: /b Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel. /p pbCompensation package /b /p pbCollective Labour Agreement (CCNL) /b /p pItalian National Metalworkers’ Collective Labour Agreement. /p pbBase Salary (RAL) /b /p pThe gross annual base salary offered for this position will be no less than € 36.000,00. /p pbFinal Compensation /b /p pThe final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, competencies and qualifications, and on the applicable role level, in line with the company’s internal compensation framework. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above. /p pbVariable Compensation /b /p pEligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment.
