h3Overview /h3pIn this role you support AGCO's IDEAL combine line by delivering targeted service solutions and guiding the global harvesting field team. You lead root cause analyses, coordinate with engineering, production and quality to resolve complex issues, and publish knowledge for future troubleshooting. You act as a gateway for technical queries, driving measurable improvements in product quality and service capability.
