h3Job Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a Researcher Engineer. This role will be based in our Bologna office reporting to RD Manager. /p h3Essential Job Functions /h3 ul liResearch and technological/algorithmic analysis of the company products and electrical systems on which the analyses are carried out; /li liContribute to the development of prototype and series instruments and sensors; /li liContribute to the creation and maintenance of the databases necessary to implement increasingly reliable and effective predictive systems and statistical analyses; /li liManage innovative projects by interfacing with customers and suppliers; /li liExplore new technologies and apply them to business solutions. /li liContribute to the dissemination of company technology through the writing of scientific articles, participate in inter-company working groups, international conferences, technical committees for the drafting of international standards and meetings with customers as support to the commercial department. /li liSupport to the sales network on issues relating to electrical measurements, including analysis and interpretation of complex electrical phenomena on high voltage assets; /li liParticipation in Esco/Doble conferences and working groups, including international ones, on product integration; /li liDevelopment of artificial intelligence algorithms (project in the conception and launch phase); /li liMarket analysis of competitor products (products, systems, sensors); /li liCommissioning of monitoring systems on pilot projects, with high potential for the company /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent scientific qualification. /p h3Required Experience /h3 h3Preferred Experience (Not Required) /h3 ul liprevious experience in Agile contexts and the use of versioning software. /li /ul h3Knowledge,



Skills Abilities /h3 ul liUnderstand the data obtained from the measurements, analyze the results, apply statistical techniques and provide the related reports; /li liIdentify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex databases; /li liDesign and develop meaningful databases and data collection systems to test and improve analytical models; /li liAnalytically model the electrical systems on which the measurements are carried out; /li liCollaborate with company management to identify company development and growth priorities by providing the necessary information; /li liIdentify and define opportunities for improving measurement and analysis processes. /li liFlexibility to trips, national and international /li liFluent in English /li liExcellent knowledge of programming languages (Python, Labview, Matlab/Octave); /li liMath/statistical skills based on the use of advanced IT tools for data management and analysis; /li liBusiness analysis skills: the ability to understand the business context and speak with internal interlocutors of the business lines to understand their needs, objectives and desires. /li liKnowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); /li liKnowledge of data mining methods and machine learning and fuzzy logic techniques; /li liKnowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (Mongo DB) databases. /li liStrong analytical skills combined with the ability to collect, organize,
