Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines, with a focus on Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, who brings not only solid process knowledge but also a genuine curiosity for new ways of working, including the use of AI and digital tools to simplify and improve HR processes. /p ul liExecuting and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s). /li liIdentifying and recommending process improvements and simplifications, leveraging customer feedback, operational experience and AI-based tools. /li liUsing AI tools and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy and enhance overall process efficiency. /li liInteracting with external vendor, supporting on employee queries and HR community. /li liPerforming annual monthly Payroll, Compensation and Benefits tasks according to deadlines. /li liEntering data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned activity. Maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. /li liSupporting the team on ad hoc activities.
