Headquartered in Melbourne with a global footprint spanning the UK, Cyprus, and Bulgaria, we build the high-performance infrastructure that connects the world to CFD markets - reliably, securely and with precision. /p pWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support Eightcap’s growth by driving client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion across the Italian market. This includes developing strategic partnerships, expanding our Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network, acquiring high-value traders and strengthening our brand presence within the region. /p pThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies, combined with an established network within the Italian financial services and trading community, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team. /p pThis is a remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in Italy, reporting into our Head of Partners, Europe. /p ul liStrong understanding of the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies. /li liEstablished network within the Italian financial services and trading community.
/li liProven experience in business development, partnerships or sales within the financial services or online trading industry, with a demonstrable track record of acquiring clients and growing partner networks. /li liDemonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets. /li liExceptional negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. /li liStrong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to assess partner performance, identify trends and develop new opportunities. /li liWorking knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to marketing and distributing trading products and managing partner activity. /li liStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. /li /ul pWe have built a performance-driven environment where you’re given the autonomy to drive change and the accountability to own the results.
