h3Overview /h3pAs Plant Quality Manager you will lead the quality function at Schio Plant, aligning with Group Quality to ensure products meet requirements and standards. You will drive the quality strategy, monitor performance, and coach teams to sustain excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally to implement improvements, manage risks, and support customer satisfaction. This role offers impact across manufacturing and supply chains within a globally active, innovation-driven group. /ph3Responsabilità /h3ulliDeploy the group quality strategy across the plant and define a 3-5 year quality roadmap /liliImprove internal quality processes and drive continuous improvement plans /liliEnsure customer and intra-department satisfaction and contribute to risk analysis /liliDefine budget framework and participate in forecasts and revisions /liliSet up and report quality KPIs,



lead quick and preventive actions on quality issues /liliRepresent Quality in cross-functional projects and contribute to major group initiatives /liliEnsure smooth operation by fostering cross-functional cooperation and team engagement /liliSupport and develop team members, providing objectives and feedback /liliPromote customer satisfaction culture and sharing of best practices /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliMaster’s degree in engineering /lili10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role in an international company /lili8D methodology, FMEA (Design and Process) /liliISO 9001 and ISO 14001 familiarity /liliAbility to build continuous improvement roadmaps /liliExcellent English and Italian language skills /liliStrong knowledge of control plans, process validation, and manufacturing process audits /liliExperience in supplier relationship management and deviation management /li /ululliLeadership /liliChange management /liliOpeness to external stakeholders /lili8D methodology /liliFMEA (Design and Process) /liliControl plans and process validation /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
