Abbott in Italy seeks an Area Manager to lead a multi-product sales team across the Italian market. You will set area and commercial plans, coach the team, and drive growth while ensuring profitability and adherence to budgets.

You will work remotely with cross-functional stakeholders, design area tender and sales plans aligned with regional strategy, and develop the team through IDPs and performance reviews. Fluency in Italian and English, plus CRM/ERP experience, is required.
