/liliPartner with stakeholders, Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align product priorities, drive product decisions and ensure consistency across products and initiatives. /liliMonitor, analyze and continuously improve product KPIs, with a primary focus on adoption, user engagement and business value realization. /li /ulh3What skills are we looking for? /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, with proven experience in CRM products; exposure to Marketing Automation solutions is considered a plus. /liliProven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and product delivery in Agile environments. /liliGood understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and a genuine interest in identifying and driving AI-powered product innovations. /liliStrong customer-centric mindset and solid knowledge of Product Thinking and UX principles. /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for ideas and product decisions. /liliStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using KPIs and business metrics to measure product impact and success. /liliStrong creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach, an innovation-driven mindset and the ability to turn strategic vision into tangible results.
