You’ll guide cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into robust, manufacturable solutions that meet quality, cost, and lead-time targets. You’ll apply risk assessment and on-site support to ensure safe and reliable designs, while driving innovation and supplier collaboration. and lead time requirements /li liCollaborate with global suppliers and review supplier designs /li liEnsure compliance with CE and other applicable standards /li liLead root‑cause analysis and risk assessments including FMEA /li liProvide on‑site testing, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning support /li liPrepare and maintain technical specifications, designs, and detailed drawings /li liReview designs for feasibility, manufacturability, maintainability, and cost‑effectiveness /li /ul h3Requisiti fondamentali /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience /li li3 years of product development and engineering experience /li li≥2 years of industrial automation experience /li liStrong mechanical and mechatronic design knowledge /li liExperience with risk assessments and leading Design and Process FMEA /li liProficiency with CAD platforms (PTC Creo, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor) /li liAdvanced proficiency with Windows and Office /li liExcellent written and spoken English /li /ul ul liCross‑functional collaboration /li liProblem‑solving and analytical thinking /li liEffective communication and teamwork /li liCAD: PTC Creo, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor /li liFMEA methodologies (Design and Process) /li liCE compliance knowledge /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
