pBE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF EVERYDAY LIFE /ppDHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you. /ppWe are looking for a Site Inventory IT Manager in Alessandria (Start up WH) /ppThis role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, WMS performance, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as the key link between Operations, Inventory Control, IT support functions, and the customer, driving performance and continuous improvement across the site. The role includes people management responsibilities and active participation in the implementation and optimization of the site's WMS platform. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Super Users and 2 Inventory Operators. /liliEnsure effective planning, prioritization, and execution of Inventory and IT-related activities. /liliManage and optimize the site's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supporting operational systems. /liliOversee all Inventory Control processes, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. /liliMaintain high levels of Stock Accuracy and inventory integrity. /liliMonitor and report on KPI, including inventory accuracy, productivity, operational exceptions, and system performance. /liliCoordinate resolution of operational and system-related issues, ensuring timely escalation when required. /liliPartner with Operations,



Customer teams, and central functions to deliver excellent service levels. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes, inventory control, and system utilization. /liliParticipate in system implementation, testing, process design, and change. /li /ulh3What we need from you: /h3ulliMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain management environment. /liliProven experience managing operational teams. /liliExperience working with multinational customers and/or retail operations is highly desirable. /liliStrong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations. /liliHands‑on experience with WMS /liliStrong expertise in Inventory Control, Stock Accuracy, and inventory reconciliation processes. /liliAdvanced analytical and reporting skills, including Excel. /liliGood understanding of IT support processes and operational systems within a warehouse environment /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliExcellent organizational and planning abilities. /liliResults‑oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence. /liliStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. /liliEnglish Fluent /li /ulpSalary Package: €35,000 - €40,000 gross annual salary /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
