Starhotels Roma is seeking a Reservation Manager to lead the Reservations Department and create memorable guest experiences. You will coordinate the Reservations team, work with Revenue on pricing, and ensure superb service and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, proven experience, Opera PMS familiarity, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and complaint resolution. Fluency in Italian and English is expected, with additional languages a plus.
