Opencardoorsforguestsarrivingordepartingfromthemainentrance,greetingthemwithawarmsmiletoensureapleasantandmemorablefirstimpression.
Assistguestswithloadingandunloadingluggage,providingtrolleysupportwhenneeded,andensuringasmoothtransitionfromarrivaltodeparture.
Ensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandstandardsatalltimes,includingholdingavalidUAEdriver'slicense,properlyusingcommunicationdevices,andrepresentingtheJumeirahbrandwithprofessionalism.
Reportanyincidents,vehicledamage,ordelaysimmediatelytotheTeamLeader,maintainingclearcommunicationandadherencetooperationalschedules.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, courteous, and approachable attitude
Strong focus on guest satisfaction and personalized service
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
Skilled in handling guest luggage and assisting with mobility needs
Proficient in Italian and fluent in English, a third language would be an added advantage
