Role and Responsibilities
Support the Manager in the development, implementation, maintenance and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety and Environment) within the company;
Act as technical point of contract for site-based safety.
Conduct field inspections and behavioral safety audits, providing expert guidance to site managers to ensure immediate risk mitigation.
Support the identification of training needs and design specialized coaching programs for high-risk activities and the promotion of a proactive safety culture
Support/Plan and excute the annual internal audit schedule.
Collaborate for external certification bodies during surveillance and renewal audits.
Requirements
At least 8/10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in large-scale Civil Construction, Engineering or complex Infrastructure sectors.




Proven track record as a ASPP in field-based roles.
Degree or diploma in technical disciplines (Engineering preferred).
Attendance of specific training courses for ASPP (Modules A,B,).
Attendance of Lead/Internal Auditor courses (ISO ****, *****, *****)
Fluent in English
Pacchetto retributivo
Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) a partire da € 50k + bonus 9% + buoni pasto da 10€
Possibilità di lavoro da remoto 2 giorni a settimana
Sede di lavoro: Milano (sede vicina a Metro)
