h3bDiscover your exciting role /b /h3 pIn this role you shape and drive procurement and subcontracting excellence for complex projects by leading high-performing teams, optimizing sourcing strategies, and ensuring commercial success while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and project execution. /p h3bExplore your tasks and responsibilities /b /h3 ul liLead, develop, and mentor the Project Procurement Management and Project Subcontract Management teams. /li liProvide expert guidance, support, and governance throughout all project procurement and subcontracting activities. /li liEnsure compliance with Corporate PSM, EHS, and Corporate Compliance policies during project execution. /li liDevelop and continuously enhance procurement and subcontracting strategies in alignment with business objectives and global initiatives. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks to minimize potential claims and project impacts. /li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, business units, and project teams to drive procurement excellence. /li liMonitor procurement performance, optimize supplier engagement, and support successful project delivery.



/li /ul h3bShow your expertise /b /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable commercial/technical qualification. /li liSeveral years of professional experience in project management, ideally within EPC projects or plant engineering/construction environments. /li liStrong understanding of commercial contracts, procurement processes, and subcontract management. /li liProven experience in global vendor management, supplier development, and strategic sourcing. /li liAdvanced IT skills, particularly in MS Office and SAP MM. /li liFluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken. /li liStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-motivation skills, combined with a willingness to travel. /li /ul pThe salary range for this position is between € 93'750 and € 115'500 gross per year (full-time).
