Act as a strategic interface between key customers, Sales KAM, and internal supply chain functions to deliver high service levels, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement. /p pCoordinate a team of P2P analysts, who are managing different customers inside the region /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p pbCustomer Collaboration Relationship Management /b /p ul liAct as Logistic Key Account for strategic customers and Sales Key Account Manager. /li liLead weekly performance reviews and planning meetings in direct contact with Customers and sales team. /li liDevelop collaborative forecasting models and ensure alignment with supply chain capabilities. /li liPlan regular customer visits and touchpoints. /li liManage customer orders across channels (direct shipment from factory warehouses, consignment stock). /li liOptimize availability using planning tools (e.g., OMP). /li liCreate orders/contracts, call-offs, delivery notes, and coordinate execution. /li liMonitor open orders, allocations, delivery performance, and backorders. /li liAnalyse sales evolution and take corrective actions. /li liPrepare weekly Landing Point highlights for Risks and Opportunities. /li liBe the steward across the Markets of the correct adoption of order management and deployment processes based on the standards centrally identified. /li /ul pbTransport Logistics Coordination /b /p ul liPlan and coordinate direct shipments from production. /li liResolve transport delays and exceptions with logistics teams. /li liTrack delivery KPIs and drive improvements.



/li liClosely work with Secondary Logistic Team to monitor service for EU and not EU countries and align on possible corrective actions. /li /ul pbDemand Planning /b /p ul liCollaborate with customers to integrate sales and stock data into forecasts. /li liAlign forecasts with production plans. /li liMonitor inventory in customer warehouses using Adex (customer data exchange on stock and sell-on). /li liPrevent stockouts and overstocking. /li liCoordinate with DRP Planner to balance V plant/RDC and order book. /li liUpdate DRP demand in OMP. /li /ul pbInventory Planning (Consignment) – where relevant /b /p ul liMonitor and manage inventory in customer warehouses. /li liPrepare unloading plans and manage safety stock. /li liEnsure accurate data transmission and conduct physical stock checks. /li liPerform audits and regular customer visits. /li /ul pbCourier Service Support – where relevant /b /p ul liIntegrate courier analysis into sales forecasts. /li liHighlight stock balancing needs in peripheral warehouses. /li liMonitor service evolution and elevate issues to vendors. /li /ul pbData Analysis Reporting /b /p ul liBuild dashboards and reports for stakeholders. /li liUse data insights for corrective and strategic actions. /li liAnalyse Adex data and use BI tools for real-time visibility. /li /ul pbProcess Improvement Project Leadership /b /p ul liLead or support supply chain optimization projects.
