Responsabilità
Analyze and document client requirements following established processes
Create functional configuration specs from business analysis
Support configuration of application modules, data migration, and data import to meet objectives
Assist in software implementation projects following methods and processes
Ensure smooth handover with documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
Document technical configurations and implementation details for internal knowledge bases
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
Fluent English
Knowledge of databases and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Unix)
Basic understanding of enterprise cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure/EntraID preferred)
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and firewall security basics
ITIL v4 Foundation or similar certification preferred
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Experience with data mapping, integration concepts, and test planning
Analytical thinking
