Medtronic seeks a motivated intern to support the Communications team within the Pricing Division in Milan. The role involves analyzing tender specifications, managing incoming communications, and registering procurement procedures on dedicated portals for six months with potential extension.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze incoming tender communications and specifications
Route procurement documents to appropriate operational units
Register and verify procurement procedures on national portals
Support team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Apply AI tools to support contract analysis work
Requirements
High school diploma or current final-year student
Fluent Italian (written and spoken)
Intermediate English proficiency
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
Knowledge of public procurement regulations (preferred)
Law degree or legal studies background (advantageous)
Compensation:
€900 gross per month
