Head of Animation Your responsibilities with us: Design innovative and age-appropriate edutainment programs for babies, children, and teenagers.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise recreational, sports, creative, and entertainment activities for families and guests.
Oversee the daily operations of Kids Club facilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, motivate, and lead the entertainment and Kids Club team.
Create memorable family experiences and special events that strengthen guest engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, F&B;,
Housekeeping, and Resort Experience teams.
Manage scheduling, budgets, inventories, and operational reporting.
Act as ambassador of the family experience and ensure exceptional service delivery.
What you bring: Proven experience as Head of Animation, Kids Club Manager, Entertainment Manager, or a similar leadership role in resorts, holiday villages, cruise lines, or family hotels.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for creating engaging experiences for children and families.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
High guest-service orientation and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
