Infineon Technologies AG in Italy is seeking an SoC Physical Implementation Engineer to own Digital Physical Design work packages, drive timing closure and collaborate across digital and analog teams to ensure a smooth RTL-to-GDS flow.
You will optimize timing, power and area, develop P&R; scripts, and contribute to design reviews and sign-off processes.
A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 3+ years in SoC implementations from RTL to GDS are expected, with strong scripting ability
