ams OSRAM seeks a senior validation engineer to lead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs.
You will develop validation plans, characterize devices across PVT, and drive root-cause analysis of silicon issues.
Responsibilities include establishing measurement methodologies, correlating simulations with silicon data, and analyzing system-level performance such as jitter, BER, noise, and power.
