SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer for a fully remote role from the EU.

You will troubleshoot escalated issues across backend, databases, and integrations, and reproduce bugs in web, mobile, and API environments.
You will analyze logs, query production databases, and implement targeted fixes while documenting findings clearly.
Candidates should have strong SQL skills, experience with PHP/JS/TS, and familiarity with AWS, Sentry, and Grafana. xjncmbx
