In this role you will identify and secure growth opportunities in targeted industrial markets and expand Honeywell's market presence. You will build robust pipelines, engage with end users and partners, and tailor value propositions across cross-functional teams. Expect extensive collaboration with stakeholders and a high travel load to drive sustainable growth. You will translate complex technical concepts into business value, shaping opportunities in energy, sustainability, and industrial automation.

Responsabilità

- Identify and develop growth opportunities in targeted markets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and serve as trusted advisor
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategy
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances aligned with business objectives




- Drive revenue and profitability targets through complex deal closure
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders in an international context

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of business development in industrial automation
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling software and cybersecurity solutions
- Fluent in English; strong communication skills
- International experience with diverse stakeholders
- Results-oriented xjncmbx with a history of meeting revenue targets
- Exposure to Specialty Chemicals, Energy, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Midstream, Upstream, LifeScience/Pharma, or Marine markets
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
