ppAs an IT Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for technical support and the management of the Acquera Group's IT systems, ensuring business continuity, data security, and system efficiency.
You will also collaborate on digital transformation projects and the adoption of innovative, standardized, and efficient IT solutions, contributing to process improvement and resource optimization within an international environment.
/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide advanced technical support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other company peripherals, ensuring efficiency and business continuity.
/liliManage remote interventions via RDP tools, ensuring quick resolutions and proactive user support.
/liliContribute to the design and implementation of digital transformation projects, from management systems to cybersecurity initiatives, improving IT processes and infrastructure.
/liliInstall, configure, and update software, manage security patches, and optimize system reliability.
/liliManage tickets and document operational procedures, developing guides and FAQs to support user autonomy and improve IT team efficiency.
/liliCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including the creation and deactivation of accounts and devices, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.




/liliDiagnose and proactively resolve hardware and software issues, with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement.
/liliCollaborate with users to understand their needs and challenges, proposing fast, effective, and innovative solutions.
/li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulli1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles; /liliGood knowledge of computer networks and basic configuration and management activities; /liliKnowledge and experience with major operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, and Linux); /liliBasic skills in Active Directory (account creation, group management, password resets, GPO); /liliFundamental networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, network sharing); /liliBasic knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is considered a plus; /liliExcellent command of English, both written and spoken; /liliInitiative and a proactive approach; /liliStrong problem-solving skills; /liliFlexibility in working hours.
