Independent from operations.
/ph3Duties /h3ulliDevelops and maintains the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
/liliEnsures quality procedures are applied across all functional areas.
/liliSupervises Quality Control Managers/inspectors.
/liliConducts trend analysis of inspection data, reporting deficiencies and recommending improvements.
/liliServes as primary point of contact for Government QAEs.
/liliEnsures documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions are complete and accurate.
/liliLeads quality awareness training for all contract staff.
/liliProvides monthly and quarterly quality performance reports.
/li /ulh3Mandatory Experience Certifications /h3ulliASQ CMQ/OE (Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence).
/liliMinimum five years of experience developing and enforcing QMS programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
/liliCannot be the PM or SSHO.
/li /ulh3Preferred / Desirable Certifications /h3ulliISO ****:**** Lead Auditor certification.
/liliLean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.




/li /ulh3Special Qualifications/Requirements /h3pMust be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
