/p h3About the role: /h3 pWe are looking for a bRed X Problem Solving Expert /b to join our global engineering organization and become the technical reference for complex manufacturing and quality challenges across our operations worldwide.
/p pIn this highly visible role, you will lead high-impact investigations, identify the dominant causes of variation, and drive sustainable improvements using the renowned bShainin Red X® methodology /b and advanced statistical tools.

/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 pAs a Red X Problem Solving Expert, you will: /p ul liLead complex root cause investigations utilizing Shainin Red X® methodology.
/li liDrive breakthrough solutions for chronic manufacturing and quality issues.
/li liFacilitate cross?functional problem?solving activities across global production facilities.
/li liApply advanced statistical methods including DOE, Regression Analysis, Process Capability Analysis, and Minitab.
/li liIdentify dominant sources of variation and process instability.
/li liConduct failure analysis of components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.




/li liSupport critical customer escalations and major quality incidents.
/li liCoach and develop engineers, quality professionals, and plant teams in structured problem?solving techniques.
/li liStandardize and promote best?in?class problem?solving methodologies across the organization.
/li liCollaborate closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, RD, Operations, and Supplier Quality teams.
/li liSupport new product launches through proactive identification and mitigation of process risks.
/li liPresent technical findings, recommendations, and project results to senior leadership and customers.
/li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
/li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul li8-10 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
/li liAt least 5 years of hands?on experience applying the bShainin Red X® problem?solving methodology /b.
/li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liDeep expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE).




/li liAdvanced statistical analysis skills using Minitab or equivalent tools.
/li liThorough understanding of manufacturing processes, process capability, and variation reduction.
/li liStrong experience leading complex cross?functional technical investigations.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
/li liKnowledge of high?volume assembly processes.
/li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent coaching and mentoring capabilities.
/li liStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
