Ciao a tutti, and welcome to Sungrow Italy! We are looking for an organized, service-minded Office Manager to help create a smooth, welcoming, and well-run workplace for colleagues, visitors, and partners. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

- Act as the main point of contact for office operations, travel arrangements, daily administrative topics, and payment approval processes.
- Welcome and support visitors, ensuring a professional and positive office experience.
- Coordinate business travel and maintain accurate, well-organised travel information.
- Prepare internal meetings and manage logistics, practical arrangements, and related coordination.
- Oversee office equipment, furniture, snacks, beverages, and general office supplies.
- Administer office-related contracts and services, including company pool cars and mobile phones.
Your profile

and successful in this varied role, your ideal background could look like this:

- At least five years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar operational support role.
- Italian C1 and English C1 communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
