Overview
As Project Quality Engineer, you will identify and mitigate product quality risks during development to protect customer satisfaction.
You will bridge customer requirements, field issues, and design teams, ensuring quality is built in from the start.
Working within a matrixed organization, you will drive DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ definition, and quality deliverables to support robust product launches.
You will collaborate with R&D; and cross-functional teams to prevent issues and elevate overall product quality.

Responsabilità
Bridge customer requirements, field issues, and design teams to ensure proper understanding and action on field quality problems




Provide quality goals, customer requirements, and lessons learned to project teams
Escalate issues potentially affecting Customer Satisfaction and ensure action closure or mitigation plans
Ensure completion of quality-related tasks at each stage gate review
Collaborate with R&D; for DFMEA completion and CTQ definition; track RPN targets
Deploy all quality deliverables (PFMEA, PQCP, PPEP, CQCP) to projects
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Engineering
3+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
Experience with quality systems, problem solving, and risk analysis
Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and influence at all levels
