Quality Internship – Automotive Product Development
We are looking for a
Quality Development Intern
to join our
Product Development Quality Team
.
The selected candidate will be trained and support the team in quality management, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities throughout the product development and industrialization phases, working closely with multiple functions in an international and dynamic environment.
This is a 12-month internship opportunity (6+6 months) based in Grugliasco.
Activities
Support the management and updating of internal and customer quality documentation, with a particular focus on
APQP
and
PPAP
processes;
Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and project documentation;
Collaborate with
Engineering, Sales, Advanced Manufacturing, Purchasing
, and
Plant Quality
teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the product development cycle;
Participate in
problem-solving activities
, root cause analysis, and the definition of corrective actions related to project issues and risks;
Support in monitoring key
Quality KPIs
and relevant reporting activities;
Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and project status presentations;
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in




Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering
, or a related field;
Interest in the automotive industry and in product development and quality-related topics;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset;
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Office
, particularly
Excel
and
PowerPoint
;
Good command of the
English language
;
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of automotive quality methodologies and tools (
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
);
Academic, project, or internship experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector;
