pMandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and develop the culinary brigade in a luxury alpine resort pre-opening and ongoing operations.
You will work under the Executive Chef to establish kitchen standards, recruit and train staff, and implement HACCP procedures.
/ppThe role emphasizes high-quality guest experiences, food safety, and operational excellence within Mandarin Oriental's renowned standards.
Previous pre-opening experience is a strong plus.
