We are looking for District Manager to join our team at Bobcat.
As District Manager at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence across your region and building long-term success with our dealer network. You will be the trusted business partner for our dealers, helping them grow, perform, and deliver outstanding results for Bobcat and our customers.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives on building strong business relationships, spotting opportunities in the market, and turning strategy into action.
We're looking for someone who:
- Owns and develops strong relationships with an assigned dealer network across the region
- Works closely with dealers to build practical business plans, support growth, and improve performance
- Regularly visits dealers and customers to stay close to the market and understand business needs first-hand
- Sets, monitors,
and drives sales and financial targets in line with business objectives
- Builds accurate forecasts and uses market insight to anticipate changes and opportunities
- Identifies gaps in coverage, performance, or execution and brings forward improvement ideas
- Acts as a trusted point of contact for dealer questions related to sales, marketing, and product support
- Shares market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, customer needs, and emerging trends
- Supports a customer-focused and solution-oriented way of working within the dealer network
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure strong execution across the territory
What sets you apart
- Strong commercial background in sales, business management, or dealer network development
- Experience in compact equipment or related industrial sectors is an advantage
- Proven ability to grow business through strong partnerships and execution
- Good balance of sales drive, business acumen, and financial understanding
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, resilient, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in Italian and English, with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree and around 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
