Borgo Pignano Tuscany Relais & Châteaux is seeking a Villas Guest Services Agent for the 2027 season.

You will be the main point of contact for guests staying in our nine villas, coordinating check-in/out, restaurant bookings, activities, and in-room dining requests with a calm, meticulous service mindset.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Front Office or Food & Beverage within xjncmbx luxury hospitality, excellent English, strong organizational skills, and a passion for sustainability aligned
