/li /ul h3YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES /h3 ulliAnalyze workforce requirements, resource utilization, and operational capacity to ensure alignment with workload and production volumes.
/liliMonitor productivity, process performance, and operational KPIs, identifying gaps between planned and actual results.
/liliConduct time studies and maintain standard operating times, ensuring alignment with real operational practices /liliDevelop and sustain operational standards, procedures,



and work methods to improve efficiency and consistency /liliIdentify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, supporting cost reduction initiatives and business case development.
/liliDrive continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Workplace Organization) and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
/liliProvide cross-functional analytical and technical support to Operations, Controlling, Project Teams, HSE, and HR, enabling data-driven decision-making.
/liliContribute to the definition, validation, and deployment of SOPs, organizational standards, safe work practices, ergonomic solutions, and optimized workload structures.
/li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
/liliPrevious experience in a complex manufacturing environment (at least 3 years).
/liliDeep knowledge of production processes.
/liliProficiency in reporting tools, process analysis and operative performance understanding.
/li /ul h3WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION /h3 ulliExcellent organizational abilities.
/liliTime management and problem-solving skills.
/li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 ulliThe employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
/liliThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € ******.
/liliThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
/liliThe position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
