Act as executive account leader for top Banking & Financial Services clients in Italy
Own end-to-end account strategy, revenue growth, and long-term client success
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and economic buyers
Lead multi-year account planning aligned with client priorities
Identify and execute growth across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Business Networks
Orchestrate specialists, Client Success, Professional Services, Partners, and sponsors
Drive pipeline growth,
whitespace identification, and forecast accuracy
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic negotiations across stakeholders
Proven ability to build trusted C-suite relationships
Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional orchestration
Experience managing complex enterprise client environments and multi-stakeholder organizations
Success in strategic account planning and enterprise sales execution
Industry expertise in Banking or Financial Services xjncmbx
Experience in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation (desirable)
Consultative selling skills aligning tech solutions to business outcomes
Experience driving pipeline development and large strategic opportunities
