/ph3Position Overview /h3pSpace Industries S.p.A., a leading aerospace company specializing in assembly, integration and testing of small satellites, is looking for a Proposal Specialist to join the Business Development team.
/ppThe selected candidate will support the Business Development Manager in managing the proposal process, from the analysis of customer requirements through to the preparation and presentation of the final offer.
/ppThe role requires strong coordination, analytical and communication skills, working closely with technical, commercial and finance stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent and timely proposals.
/ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Business Development Manager in managing the proposal process, from customer request analysis through to offer presentation.
/liliAnalyze RFQ/RFP documentation, identifying requirements, constraints, deadlines and evaluation criteria.
/liliDefine and monitor the proposal plan, ensuring activities, responsibilities and deadlines are properly managed.
/liliCollect the technical, economic and commercial information required for proposal preparation.
/liliEnsure an effective flow of information and internal consistency among the different stakeholders involved in the proposal.
/liliSupport the management of internal proposal review activities.
/liliCoordinate the preparation and presentation of the offer to the customer, including the management of any requests for clarification.
/liliMonitor proposal costs, margins and commercial conditions together with the Finance and Commercial functions.




/liliCoordinate inputs and consolidate information from cross-functional and international teams.
/liliEnsure the completeness, consistency and quality of proposal documentation.
/liliSupport the Business Development team in meeting proposal milestones and customer deadlines.
/liliContribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools and best practices.
/liliContribute to continuous improvement /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of proven experience in managing complex proposals and/or bids.
/liliStrong analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail and a strong results-oriented approach.
/liliExcellent written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and English.
/liliCollaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with international teams.
/liliExcellent stress management skills and strong networking capabilities.
/liliBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics.
/liliHolder of a valid category B driving license.
/liliFlexibility and ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
/liliAbility to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders and work to tight deadlines.
/liliFluent English (written and spoken).
/liliHolder of a valid category B driving license.
/li /ululliMetalmeccanico (CCNL) contract with compensation based on experience and skills.
