ING Bank N.V. is seeking a Cards Operations Manager to lead end-to-end card operations across debit, credit, prepaid and business cards in Italy.
You will govern the operations value chain, drive continuous improvement and data-driven initiatives to improve service quality and customer outcomes.
You will coordinate with Product, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance and external partners to ensure regulatory alignment, resilience and timely remediation, while fostering a customer?led, AI?aware culture.
