We are looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to join our Aftersales Support Team. Product Support is on the front line, ensuring that customers' needs are heard and met, along with the technical department, which plays a key role by providing support and maintenance. Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction through after-sales service makes the customer aware that they can rely on a customer service team that is attentive to their needs and empathetic even after the purchase.
Main Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for providing first technical assistance to our clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely problem resolution
- Defining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor;
- The candidate will handle requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems
- Evaluating claim requests and collecting evidences of product defection or deliveries unconformity;
- Identifying the nature of product defection and sending products for CQ inspections or product repair;
- Producing credit notes in the system;
- Producing waybill for shipping or repaired products;
- Creating a reports regarding claims and all related information. xjncmbx
Requirements:
- High school graduation;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in German and/or Polish ;
- Good knowledge of AS400
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
- Problem solving approach
- Passion for Motorsports and technical knowledge of our products is a plus
- The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary Package: from 30.000€ + welfare + ticket restaurant
