Sales Representative – Logistics & Freight Forwarding | Genoa

We are supporting an international logistics and freight forwarding company in its search for a proactive Sales Representative in Genoa.

This is an outside sales role, with four days per week spent in face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers. You will actively generate leads, arrange visits, and turn opportunities into profitable, recurring business.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and win new customers through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Independently arrange and attend customer meetings four days per week.
- Prepare and follow up on freight quotations with Operations and Procurement.




- Negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM, and coordinate customer onboarding.

Your profile
- 1-4 years' experience in logistics or freight forwarding, within sales, customer service, or operations.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and motivated by outside sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent Italian and English. xjncmbx
- Organised, independent, and available for regular customer visits.
