IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement tailored delivery strategies for clinical research projects during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. The role bridges sales, medical, and operational teams to drive business growth and ensure project success in the cardiology, immunology, or oncology therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored delivery strategies aligned with customer needs during RFP/Bid Defense cycles
Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and cross-functional teams to create differentiated proposals
Monitor therapeutic and operational landscape to identify opportunities and develop long-term implementation strategies
Guide and mentor assigned Project Leaders and coach project delivery teams on strategy implementation
Support Sales in customer meetings, bid defense preparation,



and training of project teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
Director-level global clinical research experience with hands-on operational delivery
Deep knowledge of scientific, clinical, regulatory, and competitive landscape in assigned therapeutic area
Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical trial delivery
Proficiency in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
Prior experience working in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO)
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills in matrix environments
Compensation:
€83,100–€141,500 base
