Responsibilities: Facilities Under the supervision of the Facilities coordinator: Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues Assisting EHS coordinator and the site/operations manager in accident reporting Ensuring that all contractors/sub-contractors are approved and meet the necessary EH Prepares all necessary documentation to complete work activities Oracle Entry; I-Proc: Ordering department specific supplies.
Special Project Support.
The core working hours 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri with 1 hour lunch time.
