Overview As a Senior Tax Consultant at KPMG in Perugia, you will support clients on Italian and international tax matters and contribute to complex advisory projects. You join a multidisciplinary tax team within a leading professional partnership, helping navigate direct and indirect taxes, M&A-related; taxation, and compliance. You will work with cross-functional colleagues to deliver practical, compliant solutions. withholding tax, etc.) Assess taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions) Conduct tax due diligence Ensure tax compliance Requisiti fondamentali ~3+ years of experience at Junior or Senior tax specialist level within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm ~ Master's degree in business or law ~ Intention to pursue professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer ~ Excellent knowledge of English ~ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ~ Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills ~ Strong organizational skills, initiative and problem solving abilities ~ Flexible and dynamic approach ~ Interpersonal skills ~ Teamwork ~ Initiative ~ English language proficiency ~ Microsoft Office proficiency ~ Tax analysis and advisory
