Overview As a Field Service Engineer, you will execute service tasks across installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while adhering to Hitachi Energy standards and safety guidelines. You will work hands-on with HV equipment, analyze technical issues on-site or remotely, and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery. You will coordinate materials and report outcomes, driving improvements to prevent repeated faults. This role offers front-line impact in a mission-driven energy tech environment with substantial field travel. and Hybrid work model Responsabilità ~ Perform service tasks across multiple categories including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades,



and retrofits ~ Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence ~ Coordinate availability and quality of materials, parts, and tools for service activities ~ Prepare documentation and reports for customer sign-off ~ Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their needs ~ Apply safety and environmental practices and report unsafe conditions ~ Travel within Italy to service sites ( ~80%) ~ Contribute to customer satisfaction by aligning work with customer orders and expectations Requisiti fondamentali ~ Electrotechnical diploma ~ On-site experience with HV equipment ~ Fluency in Italian and English ~ Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines ~ Willingness to travel in Italy ( ~80%) ~ teamwork ~ communication ~ problem-solving ~ HV equipment familiarity ~ service and troubleshooting skills ~ ability to follow safety guidelines and processes
